  • 1-Month Plan: 1-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • 3-Month & 6-Month Plans: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Yearly Plans (1, 2, or 3 Years): 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must submit your refund request within the specified period and have used the service in good faith. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by our customer support team.

Conditions for a Full Refund

A full refund will be granted if you experience genuine, verifiable technical issues that prevent you from using the service as intended, and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team.

Partial Refunds & Discretionary Returns

In certain non-technical circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. These refunds are calculated by deducting the prorated cost of days used and an administrative fee from the total subscription price.

Partial refunds may be considered for reasons such as change of mind, inability to use the service due to personal circumstances, or other non-technical issues. However, these are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

The prorated cost is calculated based on the standard monthly rate for your subscription plan. The administrative fee typically ranges from 10-15% of the total purchase price and covers processing costs and service delivery expenses.

Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund

The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

  • Issues arising from the customer's side, such as poor internet connection, ISP throttling, device incompatibility (for devices not listed as supported), or misconfiguration of the client-side network.
  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription. It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription.
